Horizon Hypnotherapy Academy

I am also founder, and trainer at Horizon Hypnotherapy Academy. I bring a wealth of expertise and experience to my practice, supported by my master’s degree in psychology, which qualifies me as a psychologist. This academic foundation, combined with my practical skills, allows me to offer evidence-based techniques alongside a deep understanding of human behaviour and mental processes.

As a neurodivergent specialist, I am passionate about supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent conditions. My work focuses on creating personalised strategies to help clients navigate their unique challenges and harness their strengths.

In addition to being a clinical hypnotherapist, I practice Reiki and have extensive life coaching skills, which enable me to provide holistic and tailored support for every client. I am also a qualified teacher, which has given me years of experience in mentoring, guiding, and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

My approach is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and authenticity, ensuring every client feels supported and understood throughout their journey. I pride myself on guiding clients to discover their potential, overcome obstacles, and embrace positive transformation. By focusing on how they want to think, feel, and behave, I help them align with the life they aspire to lead.

Alongside my therapeutic work, my professional background spans education, mentoring, and creative arts, providing me with unique insights into the challenges people face. This enables me to tailor my methods to meet the specific needs of each individual.
